Usually, you don't realize until it is too late that a mindset shift is required. A true change in the way you think of your body and making that lifestyle change is required.

Going into the session, I was intrigued by what I may find. After the session, surprised of the information on how some of the ways I am with food is from naturally how my design is made. It’s given me some tools to use to better understand how I live. In my design, it stated how I must make small changes or decisions that would lead to bigger changes. Before, I was focused on a bunch of changes that I felt needed all at once, thus making it difficult for me to do any of them because I was overwhelmed with too many at once. I didn’t know this was my design. Actually was told that is a sign of ADHD.

Right away, the call was so comfortable and calming. The information that was provided to me was spot on to the things that I have been learning about myself and my zodiac sign. However, the stuff that was sent to me after the conversation really broadened my idea of who I am and my characteristics. I definitely feel that there is some stuff I can take from what I learned with Christine to help me get over this plateau I am currently struggling with.

The session was amazing, Christine was easy to talk to very knowledgeable and has an amazing energy! The healing I received during the session was absolutely amazing! I am still intercepting after the session and still reading my chart to keep getting a better understanding and to start implementing things into my life. I would 10/10 recommend getting a session!
