Refund Policy

Please be courteous and contact F3 Collective promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.  If it is necessary for you to cancel or change your scheduled appointment we require that you call or change/cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment.  

A refund will be issued if you cancel your appointment 24-hours prior.  

No-Show Policy:  A "no-show" is someone who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without contacting F3 Collective at least 24-hours in advance to cancel.  Refunds will not be issued for "no-shows".  

Refunds for services performed:  No refunds will be given after a service has been performed.

**Emergency appointment cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
