In the next 21 Days we will be discussing:
Nutrition & Habits: Typical plans nutrition: focusing on protein, vegetables, fruit, and keeping condiments and processed foods to a minimum. Portion control and meal spacing are emphasized. We will encourages mindful eating, adequate hydration, and taking recommended vitamins and supplements.
Movement & Exercise: We will discuss the importance of consistent activity and flexibility—whether at the gym or at home—and not punishing oneself for missed days.
Mental Health & Support: We will address how mental and emotional health play a role in eating habits and weight struggles. We will reflect on the significance of addressing the psychological roots of unhealthy behaviors.
Group Accountability: There will be a “Voxer” group chat set up for daily check-ins and encouragement. Participants are encouraged to support each other, share plans and struggles, and celebrate progress together.
Focus on Progress Over Perfection: We will understand that the goal isn’t perfection, but gradual, sustainable improvements. We will begin to understand self-compassion, flexibility, and the importance of not letting minor setbacks derail the journey.
